  • Don't know what facial to choose?
    I feel your pain. They all sound good! For your first appointment please book in for a Welcome package, which will include a consultation along with a taster facial nd an analysis of your skin. This is so I can recommend which facial would be best for your future appointments.
  • How long till I see results?
    Straight after your facial you should feel and see some fabulous benefits of glowing radiant skin. However if you are wanting to achieve long term healthy skin or address a skin concern an intense course of facials x1 per week for 4-6 weeks and then maintaining your results with a monthly facial is a popular way to start your skin care journey. Everybody's skin and goals are different and this is why the consultation package is a key starting point to assess what you would like to achieve. VIP Memberships and treatment packages are a great option with savings and products to enhance and support your new chapter.
  • VIP Membership
    If you're serious about wanting to get your skin care goals on track this could be a fantastic option. Just like going to the gym once a month won't achieve the healthy toned body you may desire, the same applies to your skin, you can't just have one facial or use one product and think it is going to change. VIP Club members benefit from incredible savings on both treatments and products plus bonus welcome packages on every level. Choose from three amazing packages to suit your requirements. This is a year's membership which is paid for monthly with more information on the VIP page.
  • Packages
    Not quite ready to commit to the VIP membership? High Maintenance facial packages are a great alternative. Packages are also a great way to start your skincare journey and are tailor made for a variety of skin goals with a combination of treatments and products {please see packages under the face page).
  • How do I book?
    Timely Online booking system soon to be launched or if you prefer please feel free to call or text 07846075515 or Email Rebecca@high-maintenance.co.uk (Please note a £20 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be refunded if at least 48 hours notice is given to change or cancel your appointment)
  • Is it ok to attend my appointment with makeup on?
    Of course please don't worry if you don't have time to remove your makeup before your appointment, that's part of my job and every good facial starts with a deep cleanse.
  • Location
    High Maintenance health and beauty studio is situated on the outskirts of the beautiful Cathedral city of Lincoln. A quiet location for you to escape and unwind. My studio is located on the driveway at the side of the house please come to the door on this building and not the front house door. Sat nav: 15 Cornflower Way, North hykeham, Lincoln, LN6 9UP Bus Route Stage coaches numbers 16 & 48 the bus stop Grandfield way is just 1 minutes walk from the studio. North Hykeham train station depending on traffic takes about 5 minutes in the car or a 30 minutes walk.
  • Free Parking
    You're too beautiful to be stressing about looking for a place to park so no need to worry about trying to find a parking space or change for a ticket. Please be considerate of my neighbours and when possible park directly outside my premises also feel free to park on the drive if there is a free space.
  • Once you have arrived for your appointment
    Please follow these steps inline with Covid safety requirements (full list on covid policy page) Wait in your car and text or call me 07846075515 to let me know you have arrived for your appointment, PLEASE WAIT UNTIL I REPLY TO LET YOU KNOW I AM READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. This will give me time to finish my treatment time with the client before you and clean/sanitise the salon ready for your treatment. I will then greet you at the door.
  • Opening hours
    My current opening hours are as follows; Monday 9:30am - 3.00 pm Tuesday 10.00am - 3.00pm / 5.00pm - 8.00pm Wednesday 9:30am - 3.00 pm Thursday 10.00am - 3.00pm / 5.00pm - 8.00pm Friday 9:30am - 3.00 pm
  • Payments
    I accept cash or card payments Visa, Mastercard, American Express, apple pay, contactless payments with your phone via square card reader / online banking.
  • Cancellations
    Please respect my cancellation policy of 48 hours notice to avoid charges. I understand that at times situations can occur which may prevent you from giving the relevant notice to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I will always try to fill your appointment slot at short notice to avoid charging you the cancellation fee. However please note that this is not always possible and a fee will be charged. 48 hours notice - the deposit will be refunded 48 to 24 hours notice - the deposit will be non refundable Cancellation on the day of your appointment = the cost of the treatment will be charged. If you are not happy with the cancellation policy you could always see if I have an appointment available when you are certain you can attend (last minute appointments are sometimes possible if you are put on my waiting list).
  • Do you sell gift vouchers?
    Yes and they make the perfect gift when you can't decide what to choose. They are valid for 6 months and can be used for treatments or products. Spend over £50 and the gift voucher is presented in a gift box with some samples so you don't even have to worry about wrapping it up. Please note gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
